How to Claim Your Cash Pot Prizes
For Prizes $100 and Under:
- Prizes can be claimed at any authorized NLCB retail location
- Present your winning ticket to the retailer
- The retailer will validate and pay your prize immediately
- Free play prizes can be redeemed for new tickets
For Prizes Over $100:
- Must be claimed at an NLCB office or authorized claim center
- Bring valid government-issued photo identification
- Complete a prize claim form
- Prizes over $5,000 may require additional processing time
- Large prizes may require appointment scheduling
For Top Prizes ($100,000):
- Must be claimed at NLCB Head Office
- Appointment required - call ahead
- Bring multiple forms of identification
- Processing may take several business days
- Media release may be required
Important Prize Claim Information
Critical Time Limit
Winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days (6 months) from the draw date. After this period, all prizes are forfeited and cannot be claimed.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets and claim prizes
- The physical ticket is the only valid proof of your win
- Damaged, altered, illegible, or mutilated tickets may not be honored
- Sign the back of your winning ticket immediately
- Keep your ticket in a safe place
- Winners are responsible for applicable taxes on prizes
- System bet winnings are calculated for each winning combination
